Flex Separater for gravity conveyors

The new pallet separator “Flex-TV“

The innovation from Euroroll. After a long period of test series the automatic pallet separator has been adapted. The result is the new “Flex-TV” with a crossbar motion link.
The bolt of the separator is no longer fixed with the connecting-rod. Only if there is enough space between two pallets the crossbar will be linked in the locking position.
The releaser of the separator will now be placed in the middle, underneath the pallet and not in the sensitive unloading area. Now they are barred from damage and faulty usage.
A separation of pallets with varying loads is now useable.

With the “Flex-TV” you can also use pallets with different length (mix-operation).Should a malfunction occur, the separator will be back in the regular separation position after unloading the “faulty” pallet.
Damage to this device after a malfunction or mishandle is nearly impossible. The length of the conveyor system will be reduced by about
